Compensation:

• Annual Starting Salary of $75K to $80K

What You'll Do:

• Manage subcontractors, material delivery, material usage, and overall performance of each project.
• Communicate consistently with clients to ensure their needs and wants are met.
• Communicate consistently with Project Director and material vendors.
• Attend regular Project Management meetings.
• Basic knowledge of how to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Drive, Google Calendar
• Utilize “Contractors Cloud”, a CRM program, multiple times per day to update workflows, schedules, notes, etc.
• Utilize “Company Cam” to take and upload photos of every project, every day.
• Ensure roofs are left in secure, water-tight conditions throughout the course of the project. This may require regular removal of snow and/or regular onsite inspections.
• Schedule mid and final inspections with the applicable county where work is being performed.
• Drive to vendor locations to pick up materials if needed.
• Maintain the organization of shop storage and supply levels.
• Install skylights and complete minor roof repairs as needed.
• Maintain a good driving record and possess a current driver’s license.
• Be available to work occasional weekends when necessary.
• Present yourself professionally, both in appearance and communication.

What You Need:

• Valid Driver’s License
• At least 3 years of roofing experience. Bilingual between English and Spanish is a plus.
• Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, punctuality, and constant communication.

You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while being paid a base salary. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. You will also be eligible for incentives tied to quarterly sales targets and company KPIs.

What You Need:

• At least 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
• General knowledge of roofing, siding, and windows for residential and commercial buildings.
• Experience managing people and/or teams, with a focus on leadership and development.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop scalable systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
